What is the Process of Caption Setup in HRXpert Software ?

In HRXpert Software, the employer can Rename or change some of the field in employee Master as per the requirement. 

Suppose employer don't need Citizen Id for Employee and needs Aadhar Card option.

  • Go to Admin Tools > Caption Settings.

  • A 'Caption Setting' window will appear.
  • The employer will click on 'Edit'.

  • Now as the employer needs to change citizen Id with Aadhar Card.
  • So mention 'Aadhar Card' and click on 'Save'.

Note: The employer can only change the given Field showing in this window.

After following the above steps, the employer can view Caption will get change in HRXpert Software.
