If Biometric Machine Setup does not display then how to resolve it in HRXpert Software ?
In HRXpert Software if Biometric Machine Setup does not display then it can be enabled easily.
In order to enable Biometric Machine Setup, the employer needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Admin Tools > Control Room Setup.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The employer will click on 'Edit'.
- In 'Biometric Machine Setup & Attendance', the employer will place check mark.
- Click on 'Save'.
- A Marg Payroll alert of 'You might needs to exit this company to bring effect' will appear.
- Click on 'Ok'.
After following the above steps, the employer can view Biometric Machine Setup will get enable in HRXpert Software.
