Process to View Employee Aadhar Card Report in HRXpert Software

PROCESS TO CUSTOMIZE EMPLOYEE AADHAR CARD REPORT IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to HRD Module > Customized Reports.

  • A 'Template for Customized Report' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Add'.

  • In 'Template Name', the user will mention the Report name as per the requirement.

  • Now click on 'Citizen Id Number' then click on '>' icon to add field in report.

Note: In HRXpert software the Citizen Id Number is used as Employee Adhar Card Number.

  • Now click on 'Save' to save the report Template.

PROCESS TO VIEW EMPLOYEE AADHAR CARD REPORT IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Reports > Employee Report > Customized Employee Reports.

  • In 'Select Template', the user will select the template name which has been customized.

  • The user will select other options as per the requirement and click on 'Excel'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Employee Adhar Card Report will get generate in Excel Format in HRXpert Software.
