INTRODUCTION AND BENEFITS OF DEPARTMENT MASTER CREATION IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE 

  • Companies have different employees working under different departments.
  • The purpose of creating Departments in an organization is to maintain the hierarchy in the work process and to make it simple, easy to manage and communicate effectively within different departments.
  • In Marg HRXpert Software, one can create different departments for different purposes like Accounts, HR, Sales, Management, etc.

PROCESS TO CREATE DEPARTMENT IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > Department.

  • A 'Department Master' window will appear.
  • The employer will click on 'Add'.

  • A 'New Master Name' window will appear.
  • In 'Name', the employer will mention the name of the department as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Sales & Margketing' and click on 'Okay'.

  • In 'Description', mention the description of the department as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Sales & Marketing' and click on 'Save'.

PROCESS TO MODIFY DEPARTMENT IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > Department.

  • The employer will select the department which needs to be modify.
  • Suppose select 'Accounts' and click on 'Edit'.

  • A Marg Payroll alert of 'Wish to Edit the Department Name' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes'.

  • A 'Change Master Name' window will appear.
  • In 'New Name', the employer will mention the new name of the department.
  • Suppose mention 'A/C Department' and click on 'Okay'.

  • In 'Description', mention the description of the department as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'A/C Department' and click on 'Save'.

PROCESS TO DELETE DEPARTMENT IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > Department.

  • The employer will select the department which needs to be deleted.
  • Suppose select 'Sales & Marketing' and click on 'Delete'.

  • A Marg Payroll alert of 'Sure to Remove the details' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' to delete the department.
