How to Create New Grade in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to Masters > Employee Grade.

  • The employer will click on 'Add'.

  • In 'Name', the employer will mention the Grade Name as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'A Grade' and click on 'Okay' button.

  • In 'Nature of Work', the employer will mention the Nature of grade and description as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Manager' and click on 'Save'.
