OVERVIEW & NEED OF SALARY GRADE CREATION IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Many organizations have a different Grade structure of employees. The purpose of creating Salary grades is to maintain the Grade / Level wise employee details required and to get the report of employees as per their Grade structure.
  • Grade structures are the basic underlying element of most compensation schemes. They are simple, easy to understand and effective to use.

BENEFIT OF SALARY GRADE FOR EMPLOYEE IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Salary grades are mainly used by organizations to help managers manage the compensation of new employees and define the Salary details of the employees in order to define the Grade wise Salary structure of employee and at the time of employee creation to tag the Grade with employee.
  • In Grade Master there is a requirement to make the grade of all the employees working in an organization for the purpose of leave structure, grouping of employees according to grades, etc. i.e. like in which grade the employee falls whether the employee is in grade A or grade B etc.
  • Salary grades provide a structure for fairly compensating employees and managing overall payroll.

PROCESS TO CREATE GARDE MASTER IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > Employee Grade.

  • A 'Grade Master' window will.
  • The employer will click on 'Add'.

  • A 'New Grade Name' window will appear.
  • In 'Name', the employer will mention the Grade Name as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Grade C'.

  • In 'Nature of Work', the employer will mention the Nature of grade and description as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Manager' and click on 'Save'.

PROCESS TO MODIFY GRADE MASTER IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • In 'Grade Name', the employer will select the grade which needs to be modify.
  • Suppose select 'Grade A' and click on 'Edit'.

  • A 'Change Grade Name', window will appear.
  • In 'New Name', the employer will mention the name which needs to be set for grade.
  • Suppose mention 'Entry Level' and click on 'Okay'.

  • The employer can view garde name has been changed.
  • Click on 'Save' to save the changes.

PROCESS TO DELETE GRADE MASTER IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • In 'Grade Name', the employer will select the grade which needs to be delete.
  • Suppose select 'Grade C' and click on 'Delete'.

Note: The employer needs to make sure that the grade does not contain any detail of the employee in it, if it is so then firstly delete all the details then proceed for the further process.

  • A Marg Payroll alert of 'Sure to remove the details' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes'.

  • The employer can view the Grade has been delete in HRXpert Software.
