If 'Minimum Age for Recruitment' alert appears while feeding Employee Date of Birth then how to resolve it in HRXpert Software ?
Cause:
This issue appears due to Age Limit define in Company Master.
Solution:
- Go to Masters > Company Information.
- A 'Company Master' window will appear.
- The employer will click on 'Edit' button.
- Now click on 'Misc. Details'.
- The employer can view in 'Minimum Age of Joining', '20' has beed mentioned.
- The employer will change Minimum Age for joining as per the requirement.
- Suppose mention '18' and click on 'Save'.
After following the above steps, the employer can view 'Minimum Age For Recruitment' alert will get resolved in HRXpert Software.
