If 'Minimum Age for Recruitment' alert appears while feeding Employee Date of Birth then how to resolve it in HRXpert Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears due to Age Limit define in Company Master.

Solution:

  • Go to Masters > Company Information.

  • A 'Company Master' window will appear.
  • The employer will click on 'Edit' button.

  • Now click on 'Misc. Details'.

  • The employer can view in 'Minimum Age of Joining', '20' has beed mentioned.

  • The employer will change Minimum Age for joining as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '18' and click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the employer can view 'Minimum Age For Recruitment' alert will get resolved in HRXpert Software.
