1. Go to Masters >> Employee Master.

2. An 'Employee Master' window will appear. Click on 'Find' option to search the employee.

3. Then press 'Enter' key.

4. Select 'Salary Structure' tab.

5. Click on Edit.

6. Now, the user needs to select 'Deduct Prof. Tax' field to deduct professional tax of selected employee.

7. Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.
