If software display an alert of  'Maximum Age for Retirement' at the time of creating an employee, then this issue can be resolved.

Cause

1. Maybe the employer has wrongly entered the retirement date in the company master.

2. Maybe the employer is entering the wrong date of birth of the employee at the time of creating an employee master.

Solution1:

The employer needs to change the date of Retirement in company details be following the below steps:

• Go to Master >> Company Information.

• A 'Company Master' window will appear.

• Select 'Misc. Details' section.

• Click on 'Edit'.

• Now the user can change the Date of Retirement as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.

Solution2:

The employer needs to confirm the date of birth of the employee.
