If Employee Leave option does not display in Manual Attendance then how to resolve it in HRXpert Software ?
Cause:
This issue appears when the user has not allowed leave option for that particular employee.
Solution:
In order to enable Employee Leave option, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Masters > Employee Master.
- An 'Employee Master' window will appear.
- The user will find the employee in which leave needs to be enable.
- Click on 'Edit' button.
- Now the user will click on 'Organisation' Tab.
- In 'Applicable for' option, the user will place the check-mark on Leave.
- Click on 'Save' to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can view Leave option will get enabled Manual attendance in HRXpert Software.
