How to resolve this issue, if Some employees details are not showing at the time of viewing Employee ECR Report in Hrxpert payroll software ?
Cause
This issue appears due to absence of UAN No. in Employee details.
Solution
1. Go to Masters > Employee Master.
2. An employee master window will appear. Click on Find option and search employee whose leave details not show in salary slip.
3. Press enter key.
4. Select Organization tab.
5. Click on Edit.
6. Now, in 'UAN No.', the user will enter UAN number.
7. Then click on Save tab to save the changes.
