How to Add Experience Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to HRD Module > Employee Reports > Experience Letter.
- An 'Experience Letter' window will appear.
- Click on 'Add'.
- In 'Ref no.', the employer will mention the ref. no. as per the requirement.
- Suppose mention '002'.
- In 'Employee Name', the employer will select the employee whose Experience Letter needs to be add.
- Suppose select 'Yashwant'.
- In 'Signatory Name', the employer will select the Authorise Signatory person.
- Suppose select 'Sushant'.
- Now click on 'Save'.
After following the above steps, the employer can Add Experience Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software.
