How to Add Experience Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to HRD Module > Employee Reports > Experience Letter. 

  • An 'Experience Letter' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Add'.

  • In 'Ref no.', the employer will mention the ref. no. as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '002'.

  • In 'Employee Name', the employer will select the employee whose Experience Letter needs to be add.
  • Suppose select 'Yashwant'.

  • In 'Signatory Name', the employer will select the Authorise Signatory person.
  • Suppose select 'Sushant'.

  • Now click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the employer can Add Experience Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software.
