How to Add Relieving Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to HRD Module > Employee Reports > Relieving Letter.

  • A 'Relieving Letter' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Add'.

  • In 'Reference Number', the employer will mention reference number as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '001'.

  • In 'Employee Code', the employer will select employee whose relieving letter needs to be add.
  • Suppose select 'Yashwant'.

  • In 'Signatory Name', the employer will select the Authorise Signatory person.
  • Suppose select 'Sushant'.

  • In 'Resignation Date', the employer will mention the resignation date of an employee.
  • Suppose mention '01-04-2023'.

  • In 'Report Date', the employer will mention the reprt Date as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '15-06-2023' and click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the employer can Add Relieving Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software.
