How to Add Promotion Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to HRD Module > Employee Reports > Promotion Letter.

  • A 'Promotion Letter' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Add'.

  • In 'Employee Name', the employer will select the employee Name who is getting promoted.
  • Suppose select 'Shubham'.

  • In 'Signatory Name', the employer will select the Authorise Signatory person.
  • Suppose select 'Sushant'.

  • In 'Report Date', the employer will mention the reporting Date for New position.
  • Suppose mention '20-06-2023' and Click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the employer can Add Promotion Letter of an Employee in HRXpert Software.
