Go to Data Entry => Expense Import - Excel => Expenses import window will be appear => Select grade and month => Click on create Templates => Folder selection window will be appear => Select patch where user wants to save Templates excel file => Excel file will be open in background => Define particular employee income and expenses/deduction amount for particular head in excel sheet => Than save excel => Click on Browse => Select file which was save by user with miscellaneous income/deduction details => Click on import => Than save.
