If " Run File Maintenance " alert displays while changing Financial Year then how to resolve it in HRXpert Software ?
In HRXpert payroll Software, if while changing the financial year an alert displays 'Please Run File Maintenance' then this issue can be resolved easily by following the below steps:
- Firstly, the user needs to click on Exit button.
- The user will select the company and press 'Enter' key.
- The user will select the financial year and click on 'File Maintenance' button.
- Now, the user will click on 'Yes' button.
After following the above steps, the user can Run File Maintenance in HRXpert Software.
