Go to Admin Tools => Gratuity Setup  => Gratuity calculation window will be appear => Click on Edit button which is shows bottom of the window => Define the days ( After how many years completion gratuity will be applicable ) => Define other details as per the user requirement = > Than click on Save button and close that window.
