How to enter bonus amount for the selected employee in HRXpert payroll software ?

1. Firstly, Go to Masters > Heads of Income/Deduction.

2. An income & deduction heads window will appear. Click on Edit.

3. Then add Bonus deduction head in Miscellaneous deduction heads and click on Save.

4. Now, Go to Data Entry > Attendance Entry > Manual Attendance.

5. A Manual attendance window will appear in which the user will select month from the dropdown.

6. Then click on Show button.

7. A Marg payroll alert window will appear in which user will click on 'Yes.

8. Press F10 on selected employee.

9. Now, click on Edit.

10. Enter bonus amount beside the Bonus field.

11. Click on Save to save the changes.
