How to maintain Extra working of employees in HRXpert Software?

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO EXTRA WORKING IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • With the help of Marg Payroll software employer can easily maintain the extra working of their employees and this will also help the employer to consider it at the time of their monthly salary creation.
  • This option will save lot of time of the employer to consider the each and every addition in the salary of their employee.

PROCESS OF EXTRA WORKING IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Heads of Income/Deduction.

  • An 'Income & Deduction Heads' window will appear.
  • In 'Grade' option, the user will select grade as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Garde-A'.

  • Then click on 'Edit'.

  • Now in 'Treat Weekly Off & Holidays as' option, the user will select 'Extra Day'.

  • Then click on 'Save'.

  • Then, Go to Masters > Employee Master.

  • Select employee then click on the 'Organization' tab.

  • Then click on 'Edit'.

  • Now the user will placing a check mark on 'XD' option.
  • Then click on 'Save' button to save the changes.

  • Then click on 'Manual Attendance' button.

  • Click on 'show' tab.

  • Click on 'Search Employee' button in order to search an employee.

  • Now search employee as per the requirement then press Enter on it.
  • Suppose, search 'Kavir'.

  • Then press 'F10' on it.

  • Click on 'Edit'.

  • Now, in 'Extra Working' option, the user will enter the extra working days as per the requirement.
  • Then click on 'Save' to the changes.

After following the above steps, the extra working days will get added in the payable days.
