OVERVIEW OF OVER TIME IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • In HRXpert Software, Over time refers to the extra hours or time that an employee works beyond their regular or standard working hours.
  • When an employee works overtime, they are typically entitled to receive additional compensation for the extra time worked, which is usually at a higher rate than their regular hourly wage. 
  • The employer can set Over time Rate for Employee as per the requirement. With the help of this option according to over time hours the software will auto calculate the Amount for Over time.

PROCESS TO SET OVER TIME FORMULA IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Masters > Heads of Income / Deduction.

  • An 'Income / Deduction' window will appear.
  • The employer will select the grade for which Over Time Formula needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'Paid Staff' and click on 'Edit'.

  • The employer can view the O.T. Column in Income Heads.
  • Place check Mark on the Head for which O.T. needs to be calcualte.

  • Suppose select 'Basic'.

  • Now the employer will click on 'Over-time Formula'.

  • The employer will now mention the rate by which Overtime value needs to be update.
  • Suppose if employer needs to give double overtime amount to an employee then mention '2' otherwise mention '1'.
  • Suppose mention '1'.

Now the employer will select on which basis overtime needs to calculate.

a. Total no of Days in Month: Select the option to calcuate overtime on the basis of Total no of Days in Month.

b. Total no of Working days: Select the option to calcuate overtime on the basis of Total no of working Days.

c. None: Select the option if don't needs to calcuate overtime on any basis.

a. Total Working hours in Month: Select the option to calcuate overtime on the any basis of Total Working Hours in Month.

b. Working Hours Assigned to Employee: Select the option to calcuate overtime on the any basis of Working Hour Assigned.

c. None: Select the option if don't needs to calcuate overtime on any basis.

  • Now the employer will click on 'Okay'.

  • Click on 'Save'.

PROCESS TO SET OVER TIME IN EMPLOYEE MASTER IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > Employee Master.

  • An 'Employee Master' window will appear. 
  • The employer will find the employee for which overtime needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'Rajesh Kumar Tiwari' and Click on 'Edit'.

  • Now the employer will select 'Salary Structure'.

  • In 'O.T. applicable', the user will place the check mark.

  • Now the employer will mention the Working hours of that particular employee.
  • Suppose mention '8' and Click on 'Save'.

After Maintaing Attendace, the employer will calculate Salary Over Time will get Auto Calculate in HRXpert Software.
