How to import Department master through excel in HRXpert payroll software ?

1. Go to Import and Export > Import Masters thru Excel.Press Enter.

2. A payroll masters import utility window will appear. In 'Select Master', the user will select "Department".

3. Then click on Template.

4. A directory window will appear in which user will select the location where user wants to save excel.

5. Then click on Ok.

6. After following the above steps excel file will export on selected location.

Now, the user needs to enter the data i.e. Department name & Description according to the requirement in exported excel file then save it on the same location.                 

After saving the file  the user needs to follow the below process to import Branch master from excel: 

1. Go to Import and Export > Import Masters thru Excel.Press Enter.

2. A payroll masters import utility window will appear. In 'Select Master', the user will select "Department".

3. Then click on Browse.

4. A directory window will appear in which the user has to select the excel which is exported from the software.

5. Then click on Select.

6. In order to import file user needs to click on Import tab.

After following the above steps Department master get imported.
