Overview of Designation Master in MargHR

• Designation means the post of an employee which is being defined in Employee Master and as per the organizational structure one can define the designation of a particular employee.
• In MargHR, one can create different designations like Sales Manager, Quality Analyst and Content Creator etc.

Process to Create Designation Master in MargHR

• Go to Masters > Employee > Designation.

• Click on 'Create' button or press 'F2' key.

• In 'Designation' option, the user will enter the Name of the Designation as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter 'Assistance Developer'.

• In 'Under Grade' option, the user will enter the Grade of Designation as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter 'E1' and click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Designation Master will get Created in MargHR.
