How to set Company ESIC No should not Print on Salary Slip in HRXpert Software ?
In HRXpert Software if the employer needs to set that company ESIC No should not Print on Salary Slip then it can be done easily.
In order to Remove Company ESIC No on Salary Slip, the employer needs to follow the below steps.
- Go to Reports > Monthly Reports > Salary Slip-View.
- A 'Salary Slip' window will appear.
- In 'Exclude', the employer will place the checkmark on 'Company ESI Regn No.'.
- Click on 'Show'.
- All employee list will get display.
- The employer will place check mark n the particular employee whose salary slip needs to be view.
- Suppose select 'Mohani Devi' and click on 'Display'.
After following the above steps, the employer can view Company ESIC No will not Print on Salary Slip in HRXpert Software.
