Process to View Attendance Register Detailed Summary in HRXpert Software
OVERVIEW OF ATTENDANCE REGISTER DETAILED IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE
PROCESS TO VIEW ATTENDANCE REGISTER DETAILED IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE
A 'Monthly Report' window will be appear.
a. Month & Year: The employer will select month & year as per the requirement.
b. Grade: The employer will select grade from the drop down.
c. Branch: The employer will select branch from the drop down.
d. Division: The employer will select division from the drop down.
e. Department: The employer will select department from the drop down.
f. Page Wise: Select the basis for which page wise report needs to be view.
g. Sort Report On: Select the base on which report needs to be sort.
h. Show in Report: Select the option if needs to inculde employee as per the requirement.
Now the employer will click on 'Display/ Print/Excel' as per the requirement.
Suppose click on 'Display'.
After following the above steps, the employer can view Attendance Register Detailed will get generate in HRXpert Software.
1. Go to Reports > Employee Reports > Monthly Attendance Detail.
2. An Marg Payroll alert window will appear. The employer will click on ‘Ok’.
3. An 'Employee Monthly Reports' window will appear. Select the options as per the requirement.
4. Click on 'Detailed/Summary' as per the requirement.
5. The 'List of Employees' will appear. Select the employees as per the requirement.
6. Now the employer will click on 'Display/Print'.
