How to view P.F. challan report in HRXpert software ?
1. Go to Data Entry > Provident Fund Forms > P.F. Challan. Press Enter.
2. A P.F. challan window will appear.
- In 'Month & Year', the user will select month & year.
- In 'PF Region', select Region number.
3. Then click on Excel in order to generate report into excel format.
4. A directory window will appear in which user will select that location where user wants to save the excel file.
5. Then click on Ok to export file.
