How to view Employer ECR Report in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to Data Entry > Provident Fund Forms > Employer ECR.

  • An 'Employer ECR' window will appear.
  • In 'Period', the employer will select period for which employee ECR report needs to view.

  • In 'Branch', the employer will select branch as per the requirement.
  • Click on 'Show'.

  • Marg payroll alert of 'Do you want to show now ECR Format' window will appear.
  • The employer will click on 'Yes'.

  • Now click on 'Generate Excel'.

After following the above steps, the employer can view Employer ECR report will generate in Excel in HRXpert Software.
