Process Of Reimbursement Setup In Hrxpert Software

OVERVIEW OF REIMBURSEMENT IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

• Reimbursement is the amount which the employee will get only after they have spent it. For an employee to claim the reimbursement, it should be defined by the company.
• In many cases, the employee has to produce the necessary bills in order to claim it.

PROCESS OF REIMBURSEMENT SETUP IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Data Entry > Reimbursement > Reimbursement Setup.

• A 'Reimbursement' window will appear.
• The mention the Expenses name i.e. Travelling expense, Medical expenses etc.. as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Conveyance'.

• In 'Reimbursement head', the employer needs to map expenses with their group.
• Suppose select 'Conveyance'.

• In 'Calculation head', the employer will select the calculation type Fixed or variable.
• Suppose select 'Fixed'.

• In 'Maximum Reimbursement', the employer enter the Maximum Reimbursement amount.
• Suppose mention '10000'.

• In 'Reimbursement Based On', the employer will select Base for Reimbursement calculation.
• Suppose select 'Half-Yearly'.

In 'Treatment of Reimbursement', the employer will select the treatment of reimbursement as per the requirement.

a. Carry Forward (Limit): Select the option if needs to carry forward limited amount of reimbursement.

b. Carry Forward: Select the option if needs to carry forward whole amount of reimbursement.

c. Lapse: Select the option if don't needs to carry forward the amount of reimbursement.

• In 'LWP Effect', the employer will place check mark if needs to effect LWP.
• Suppose skip it for now.

• Click on 'Save' to save the changes.

• A Marg Payroll alert of 'Want to Save Reimbursement Setup' will appear.
• The employer will click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the employer can do Reimbursement Setup in HRXpert Software.
