How to view Reimbursement Report in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to Data Entry > Reimbursement > Reimbursement Report.

A 'Reimbursement Report' window will appear.

a. Month From: Select the month from which report needs to be view.

b. Month To: Select the month upto which report needs to be view.

c. Grade: Select the Grade for which report needs to be view.

d. Branch: Select the Branch for which report needs to be view.

e. Department: Select the Department for which report needs to be view.

Now the employer will click on 'Show'.

  • The employer will place check mark on the employee for which report needs to be view.
  • Click on 'Excel'.

  • A 'Select Folder for Drive' window will appear.
  • The employer will select the path where files needs to be save.
  • Suppose select desktop and click on 'Ok'.

  • A Marg payroll alert of 'Reimbursement Report Generated' will appear.
  • Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the employer can view Reimbursement report will get generate in excel in HRXpert Software.
