How to Add Reporting Head / Authorized Person in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to Masters > Reporting Head/Authorized Person.

  • A 'Reporting Master' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Add'.

  • A 'New Reporting Name' window will appear.
  • In 'Person Name', the user will enter name of the Reporting person.
  • Click on 'Okay'.

  • In 'Code', the employer will mention the reporting head code as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '02'.

  • In 'Designation' option the employer select the post of reporting head.
  • Suppose select 'Senior Manager'.

a. Father's Name: Mention the reporting head father's name as per the requirement.

b. Email ID: Mention the EMail Id as per the requirement.

c. Mobile No.: Mention the Mobile No as per the requirement.

d. Address: Mention the Address as per the requirement.

Now the employer will click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the employer can Create Reporting Head / Authorised Person in HRXpert Software.
