OVERVIEW OF SALARY CALCULATION IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • In HRXpert Software previously when the employer generates the attendance then salary also gets default generated.
  • The newly developed feature of Attendance & Salary Separation enables the employer to generate attendance & salary of the employees separately.
  • When the employer generates the attendance of the employees, the salary will not be generated until the employer does not re-process the salary.

PROCESS OF SALARY CALCULATION IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Data Entry > Salary Calculation.

  • A 'Salary Calcualtion' window will appear.
  • In 'Month' option, the employer will select the month for which salary needs to be calcualte.
  • Suppose select 'July,2023'.

  • Click on 'Show' button.

  • The employer will press 'F10' key or double click on particualr employee if needs to make any changes in salary details.

  • A 'Salary Detail' window will appear.
  • The employer will click on 'Edit' to edit any details.

  • The employer will place check mark on 'Select All' to process all employee salary.

  • Suppose place check mark on selected employee.

  • Now the employer will click on 'Reprocess'.

  • A Marg payroll alert of 'Do you wish to reprocess salary for all selected employee' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes'.
