OVERVIEW OF STATE MASTER CREATION IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

In HRXpert Software, one can simply create different states who are using the Payroll software in other countries other than India as the states of India are already available in Marg HRXpert Payroll Software.

PROCESS TO CREATE STATE MASTER IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > State/Province Master.

  • A 'State Master' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Add' to create new state.

  • A 'State Master' window will appear.
  • Mention the Name of the State as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Western Province' and click  on 'Okay'.

  • Now click on 'Save'.

PROCESS TO MODIFY STATE IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > State/Province Master.

  • 'State Master' window will appear.
  • Select the state which needs to be modified.

  • Then click on 'Edit' button.


  • Now make the changes as per the requirement then click on 'Save' to save the changes.

  • Again click on 'Save' button.

PROCESS TO DELETE STATE IN HRXPERT SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > State/Province Master.

  • 'State Master' window will appear.
  • Select the state which needs to be deleted.
  • Suppose select 'New Delhi'.

  • Then click on 'Delete' button.

  • An alert of 'Sure to Remove the details' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' to delete state.


After following the above steps, the selected state will get deleted in HRXpert Software.
