Process to Disable Station Option From the Party's Ledger in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF STATION IN MARG BOOKS

• Station is a required field while creating any ledger of the customer or the supplier i.e. from where that particular customer belongs to.

• Station Master enables the user to create the Route wherever they are operating their own business.

• With the help of this option, the user can enable or disable station field in Party's ledger as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO ENABLE STATION OPTION IN PARTY'S LEDGER IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Master >> Accounts Master >> Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.

• Click on 'Create' tab.

• A ‘Create Ledger’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• In ‘Station Required ?’ option, the user will select 'Yes.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the station option will get enabled in ledger master in which the user can select the station of the party as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO DISABLE STATION OPTION FROM THE PARTY'S LEDGER IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Master >> Accounts Master >> Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.

• Click on 'Create' tab.

• A ‘Create Ledger’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• In ‘Station Required ?’ option, the user will select 'No'.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Station option will get disabled from the ledger window.
