In Marg Books if an alert of 'Ledger Prohibited' appears while selecting Ledger in bill then it can easily be resolve in Marg Books.

In order to resolve 'Ledger Prohibited' alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger, which shows an alert of 'Ledger Prohibited'.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Others' option, the user will select 'Add Details'.

• An 'Other Info' window will appear.
• In 'Prohibited' option, the user will select 'No'.

• Now click on 'Update'.

• Again, click on 'Update'.

• A 'Record Updated Successfully' pop-up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Ledger Prohibited' alert will get resolved while selecting ledger in Bill of Marg Books.
