If 'Ledger' is not appearing at the time of billing then, it can be resolve in Marg Books.

• Firstly, go to 'Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger which is not appearing at the time of billing.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Others' option, the user will click on 'Add Details' button.

• In 'Visibility' option, the user will select 'Show'.

• The user will click on 'Update' button.

• Again, the user will click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Ledger will get displayed at the time of Billing in Marg Books.

The error of "Ledger window not displaying" may also arise due to Indexing Issue.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will Run Repair Database.
