• Go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger which needs to be prohibited.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key on it.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' head.

• In 'Others' option, the user will click on 'Add Details' button.

• An 'Other Info' window will appear.
• In 'Prohibited' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• The user will click on 'Update'.

• Again, the user will click on 'Update'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Ledger will get Prohibited in Marg Books.
