• Firstly, go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger which needs to be freez.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key on it.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Others' option, the user will click on 'Add Details'.

• An 'Other Info' window will appear.
• In 'Freeze Upto' option, the user will specify the date from which ledger transactions needs to be freeze or select the date using the calendar icon.

• Suppose mention '27-10-2023' and click on 'Update' button.

• Again, the user will click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Ledger Transactions will get Freeze in Marg Books.
