If 'Item is Banned from Special Rate' alert appears while selecting item for particular party, then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve 'Item is Banned from Special Rate' alert, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, click on 'Master > Account Master > Ledger'.

• The user will select party for which the banned item needs to be removed.
• Suppose select 'Apollo Pharmacy' and click on 'Edit' icon or press 'F3' key.

• Click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Spec. Rates' option, the user will click on 'Add Details' button.

• The user will select Item which is banned.
• Suppose select 'Adderall' and select 'No' in ban item field.

• Now, press 'Right Arrow' key until the 'Record Updated' pop-up appears.

• A 'Record Updated Successfully' pop up will get displayed.

• Click on 'Ok' button.

• Then, click on 'Update' button.

• Again, 'Record Updated Successfully' pop up will get displayed.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Item is Banned from Special Rate alert will get resolved in Marg Books.
