• Firstly, click on 'Master > Accounts Master > Ledger'.

• The user will select ledger for which balancing method needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'Apollo Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key or click on 'Edit' icon.

In 'Balancing Method' option, the user will select option as follow:

a. Bill By Bill: In 'Bill by Bill' method, each payment received or made is matched to specific invoices or bills. This method provides more detailed tracking of which invoices have been paid and which are still outstanding. 

b. On Account: In 'On Account' method, payments received or made are applied to the outstanding balance of the account as a whole, rather than being matched to specific invoices or bills.

Suppose select 'On Account'.

• Click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Change Balancing Method of Ledger in Marg Books.
