How to set Party wise Billing Rate in Marg Books ?
Ans.1
- Firstly, click on 'Master > Accounts Master > Ledger'.
- The user will select party for which billing rate need to be set.
- Suppose select 'Ms. Ovya Jha' and press 'F3' key on it or click on 'Edit' icon.
- Now, click on 'Others' tab.
- In 'Billing Rate' option, the user will click on 'Add Details' button.
- In 'Sales Rate' option, the user will select the rate that needs to be appear while billing for a selected party only.
- Suppose select 'M.R.P'.
- Then, click on 'Update' button.
- Again, click on 'Update' button.
After following the above steps, the user can view the Selected Party Rate will get Set in Marg Books.
