Process to Implement Patient Wise Outstanding in Marg Books

• Click on the ‘Settings’ Icon.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.

• The user will search 'Outstanding'.

• In 'Manage Patient/Customer Wise Outstanding' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now, press 'ESC' key.

• In order to save the changes, click on 'Save' button.

• Click on 'Ok' button.

• Now, click on 'Master > Other Master > Patient'.

• The user will select Patient whose outstanding needs to be maintained.
• Suppose select 'Mahak Negi' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• The user will place a 'Tick' mark against Manage Outstanding option and click on 'Update' button.

Process to Maintain and View Patient Wise Outstanding in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Sale > Bill'.

• Then, click on 'Create' button.

• The user will enter 'Date' as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Patient Mob./ID' field, the user will press 'SpaceBar' key.

• The user will select Patient for which outstanding bill needs to be created.
• Suppose select 'Mahak Negi' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• In 'Product' field, the user will press 'Enter' key.

• The user will select item as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Cough Syrup' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will enter the Quantity, M.R.P and etc. as per the requirement.

• Then, click on 'Save' button.

• Now, click on 'Report'.

• The user will click on 'Patient Wise Outstanding' report under the Accounts Report tab.

• The user can view the 'Patient Wise Outstanding' report will get displayed.
