Process to Disable M.R option in Marg Books

OVERVIEW TO M.R OPTION IN MARG BOOKS.

• Basically in every business organization there is a person who collects payments and that person is referred to as M.R (Salesman).

• Managing Salesman in the software provides a detailed information of the parties who has paid their outstandings and from which parties the collection is pending.

• With the Help of Marg books, the user can easily maintain the outstanding of the parties by allotting separate or same salesman to each party.

PROCESS TO ENABLE M.R OPTION IN MARG BOOKS

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on the ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• In the search Box, type ‘MR'.

• Then in the ‘M.R Required in Sales’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the M.R field will get enabled in the sales bill.

PROCESS TO DISABLE M.R OPTION IN MARG BOOKS

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on the ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• In the search Box, type ‘MR'.

• Then in the ‘M.R Required in Sales’ option, the user will select ‘No’.
• 

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
