If 'Item is Banned for Selected Party' alert appears at the time of billing then it can be resolved in Marg Books.

• Go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger on which item is banned for selected party alert is appearing.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key on it.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Others' option, the user will click on 'Add Details'.

• An 'Other Info' window will appear.
• In 'Narco / Sch-H Item Billing' option, the user will select 'Allow All'.

• The user will click on 'Update' button.

• Again, The user will click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Narco / Sch-H Items will get easily Loaded at the time of Billing in Marg Books.
