If 'Freeze Upto' alert appears at the time of selecting ledger in bill then it can be easily resolved in Marg Books.

• Firstly, go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger on which freeze upto alert was appearing.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key on it.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Others' option, the user will select 'Add Details'.

• An 'Other Info' window will appear.
• In 'Freeze Upto' option, the user will press 'Delete' key on it.

• The user will click on 'Update' button.

• Again, the user will click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Freeze Upto' alert will get resolved while selecting Ledger in Bill in Marg Books.
