Process to Set M.R. (Salesman) Not Required in Purchase Bill in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF M.R. (SALESMAN) IN PURCHASE BILL IN MARG BOOKS

• • A MR (Marketing Representative) is a person who is engaged in selling the products and collecting the payments on behalf of a company.
  • In Marg Books, the user can set that whether salesmen are required in purchase bill or not.

PROCESS TO SET M.R. (SALESMAN) REQUIRED IN PURCHASE BILL IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Purchase >> Bill (+).

• A ‘Purchase Bill’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Select 'Advance Setting'.

• In ‘MR Required?’ option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then press ESC key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, M.R. (Salesman) option will get enabled in the purchase bill.

• Then press 'Spacebar' key in order to select M.R..

• Now a select M.R. window will appear in which the user can select the M.R. as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Rakesh'.

Note: The user can create a new M.R. by clicking on the Create tab.

• Now the user can view the M.R. will get selected in purchase bill.

PROCESS TO SET M.R. (SALESMAN) NOT REQUIRED IN PURCHASE BILL IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Purchase >> Bill (+).

• A ‘Purchase Bill’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Select 'Advance Setting'.

• In ‘MR Required?’ option, the user will select 'No'.

• Then press ESC key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the M.R. field will get disabled from the purchase bill.
