The reason behind if the tax is not been calculated in the purchase bill maybe that the particular party is unregistered whose purchase bill is been created.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Press 'Spacebar' key on the party field.

• A 'Select Party' window will appear. 

• Press 'F3' on the party ledger. 

• Then a 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.

• In 'Ledger Type' field, the user will select 'Registered'.

• Now enter some details of the party as mentioned below:

1. GSTIN: Enter the GSTIN No. of the party.

2. Reg. Date: Enter the registration date of GSTIN

3. PAN No.: Enter the PAN No. of the party.

• Then click on 'Update' to save the changes.

• Again press 'Enter' to select party.

After following the above steps, the user can view tax will get calculated in the purchase bill.
