In Marg Books, if the party name does not ask while creating Purchase Bill then this can be resolved by following the below steps:

  • Click on the ‘Settings’ Icon.

  • In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.

  • The user will search ‘Ask Party’.

  • In ‘Ask Party in Retail Billing’ option, the user will select 'Ask'.

  • Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

  • Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • Click on 'OK' button.

After following the above steps, the Party ledger window will get displayed at the time of creating the Purchase Bill in Marg Books.
