OVERVIEW OF MULTI BRANCH IN MARG BOOKS

  • Marg Books introduces the efficient 'Multi-Branch' feature, simplifying branch management by enabling centralized control over product pricing and allocation. Users can effortlessly create and manage multiple branches using the Branch List and customize Price Lists accordingly. With streamlined Branch Transfer functionality, stock management becomes seamless, allowing smooth transfers between branches.
  • Furthermore, it automates processes to eliminate errors, automatically generating Stock Issues for intrastate sales and Sale Bills for interstate transactions. This automation ensures precision and efficiency, minimizing the chances of manual errors and enhancing overall operational reliability.

PROCESS TO ENABLE MULTI BRANCH IN MARG BOOKS

  • Firstly, click on ‘Settings’ icon on the dashboard window.

  • A ‘Dashboard Settings’ window will appear.
  • In ‘Control Room’ option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.

  • 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will search 'Multi Branch'.

  • In 'Multi Branch Management' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

  • The user will press 'ESC' key.

  • A 'Save Changes' alert window will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Save' button.

  • Now, click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Multi Branch will get enabled in Marg Books.

PROCESS TO CREATE BRANCH IN MARG BOOKS

  • Firstly, click on 'Master > Branch Master > Branch List'.

  • A 'Branch List' window will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Create' button.

  • A 'Clone Organisation' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Add New Organization'.

  • A 'Create Branch' window will appear.
  • The user will enter branch details as per the requirement i.e. name, state, business type etc.

  • The user will place a 'Check Mark' against 'Allow Sharing' option.

  • In 'Agency' option, the user will click on 'Dropdown' button.

  • An 'Agency List' window will appear.
  • The user will select the agency whose item needs to be transferred.
  • Suppose select 'All' and click on 'Ok' button.

  • In 'Price List' option, the user can select the price list designated for a specific branch, If the prices are the same across all branches, then users can simply select the one set for the Head Office.
  • Suppose select 'Head Office'.

  • In 'Centralized' option, the users will select if loyalty and scheme management will be the same for branches as they are for the head office.
  • Suppose select 'Both'.

  • Now, click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Branch will get Created in Marg Books.
