Process to Share Ledger with Branch in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF CENTRALIZED LEDGER IN MARG BOOKS

In Marg Books, a centralized ledger refers to the sharing of ledgers from the head office to branches, ensuring that the same party's ledger is accessible across all branches as needed.

PROCESS TO SHARE LEDGER WITH BRANCH IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Master > Account Master > Ledger'.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select ledger, which needs to be shared with branche.
• Suppose select 'Apollo Pharmacy' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• In 'Branch' option, the user will click on 'Downward' icon.

• A 'Branch List' window will appear.
• The user will select branch for which selected ledger needs to be shared.
• Suppose select 'All'.

• Now, click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Ledger will get Shared with Branches in Marg Books.
