• Firstly, the user will sign in with 'Supervisor ID'.

• Click on 'Settings' icon.

• In 'User Access & Privileges' option, click on 'Configure' button.

• Click on 'Roles' tab.

• Now select the user for which Bill Series needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'Cashier's Role' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• Click on 'Common Rights' button.

• In 'Series Allowed' option, click on 'DropDown' icon.

• The user will select Bill Series which needs to be set for user.
• Suppose select 'GST Billing' and click on 'Ok' button.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• The user will click on 'Save' button.

• The user will click on 'Update' button.

Note: Now, the user will re-login from their user ID.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Selected Bill Series will be displayed while Billing from the User ID in Marg Books.
